These are the general competition rules that apply to Happier Oy's social media competitions and raffles

2. Eligibility
Anyone over the age of 16 can participate in the competition / raffle. Participation in the competition costs nothing and does not oblige you to purchase the product. Participation is subject to acceptance of these rules. By entering the competition, you accept these rules.

4. Competition / Lottery Prizes
Prizes for the competition / raffle will be announced in connection with the publication of the competition. The prize cannot be converted into cash or any other commodity or performance. If the prize is size dependent, the product cannot be exchanged for another size. In connection with the competition / raffle or when sending the prize, the participant has been asked for the size he or she wants. Happier Oy is responsible for the prize lottery tax.
5. Participation in the Competition / Lottery
Participation in the competition / raffle takes place on Happier Oy's social media channels, such as Facebook and Instagram. In principle, participation in the competition takes place in the channel where the competition is published, unless otherwise stated in connection with the publication.

More detailed instructions on participating in the competition / raffle will be announced at the time of the competition's announcement. Methods of participation can be, for example, commenting on a picture, liking a picture on Facebook or tagging a picture on Instagram with certain requirements during the competition. Participation is subject to acceptance of these rules. By entering the competition, you accept these rules.
6. Selection of the winner
The winner will be chosen by lot, unless otherwise stated in connection with the publication of the competition / raffle. If the selection of the winner of the competition / lottery requires a jury, the jury consists of persons from Happier Oy's e-commerce and marketing department, unless otherwise stated in connection with the publication of the competition / lottery. The jury does not have to justify the choice and cannot appeal.
The winner of the competition / raffle will be notified in person as soon as possible after the end of the competition and after the winner has been selected. The winner will be notified via social media, email or phone number. The winner's name may be published on the website or on Happier Oy's social media.
If the winner is not reached within a week of the end of the competition, a new winner will be selected for the competition / raffle. Happier Oy is not obliged to compensate for the lost prize if the winner appears one week after the announcement of the winner of the competition / lottery. Happier Oy will also not reimburse the lost prize if there is any ambiguity or error in the delivery information provided by the participant.
7. Typographical errors
The organizer of the competition / lottery is not responsible for the penalties caused by a printing error found in the marketing materials.
8. Processing of personal data
Happier Oy will process the following information in the competition / lottery: name, address, telephone number, e-mail address. Only the winner's details will be retained. The information will be used to deliver the prize to the winner, in addition to which we will inform the taxpayer about the winner and the product shipped. We will keep the necessary information about the winner on our list of lottery winners. Information provided in connection with participation in the competition will not be stored after the end of the competition and will not be disclosed to third parties. Your privacy is important to Happier Oy and Happier Oy complies with all applicable privacy regulations, including the Personal Data Act and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
9. Liability of the organizer
Happier Oy is responsible for organizing the competition / lottery, selecting the winner and delivering the prize in accordance with the terms of the campaign. Happier Oy is not responsible for obstacles to participating in the competition / lottery. Happier Oy is not responsible for problems related to third parties, such as the operation of the public Internet connection or the delivery of a courier company. If a third party is involved in the competition, the prize or the redemption of the competition prize, Happier Oy is not responsible for any related problems.
Happier Oy is not liable for any damages caused directly or indirectly by a person participating in the competition / lottery. Persons participating in the competition / lottery will release the organizer from all liability for any injury or damage allegedly caused by participating in the competition / lottery. Participants in the competition / raffle will also indemnify the organizer from any liability for technical problems, injury or damage caused or alleged to have occurred from the redemption or use of the prize. The consumer retains the rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
10. Other Terms
By participating in the competition / raffle, the participant agrees to abide by the rules and the decisions made by the organizer.
The organizer reserves the right to change the rules and suspend the competition / lottery. In the event of a suspension, any prizes already awarded will be awarded to entrants, but no new prizes will be awarded.
No competition / raffle published by Happier Oy is a competition / raffle organized by Facebook or Instagram. Facebook or Instagram does not join or sponsor the contest in any way. Entrants release Facebook and Instagram from all liability in connection with the competition.
