REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Unused products in their original condition can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. Refund costs € 4.90.
Our goal is to minimize the environmental impact of transportation, so avoid unnecessary returns. We will be happy to help you find the right product for you, so please contact us if you are interested in the size, color, material or anything else and want more information before ordering. Products returned by us always go back on sale, so please treat returned products with care. Please always wear swimsuits with panties on :)
If only part of the order is returned and the remaining value of the order is less than € 100, we reserve the right to deduct the cost of the original shipment from the refundable amount. The return processing time is approximately two weeks
• Make a return notice here and follow the return instructions.
• Please note that we do not exchange products from time to time, but you must always place a new order in exchange, where our customer service can assist you after filling out the return form.
• After the return notification, our customer service will process the return and send you instructions for payment and arrival of the new product.
• After paying for a new order, we will send you a new product immediately
• The original product will be refunded to the payment method you use within two weeks of it being returned to our warehouse
• Always notify us of your return by completing return form.
• Returns take about 2 weeks to process. When the product is returned to our warehouse, we will refund the return price to the same payment method you used in the original order
• Add the shipping / collection list you received to the return shipment or include your order number. Handwritten goes really well - this helps our warehouse identify your order and get it processed faster
• After we process your return notification, we will contact you with further instructions. We will deduct a € 4.90 refund from the total amount.
• If you have paid for your purchase with Klarna, you must notify Klarna of the return on the Klarna portal. This will put your bill on hold, so you won't have to pay the bill. When the return is registered we have the invoice updated with Klarna and you can pay the final invoice. In the event that the shipment is drowned, damaged or the subscriber is not satisfied with the order for other reasons, the subscriber is obliged to notify the responsible party or another party mentioned in the terms and conditions within 14 days. If the consignment to be delivered has been damaged during transport, the complaint must be submitted to the transport company immediately upon arrival of the consignment. If the product you ordered is defective, please contact us by e-mail as soon as possible firstname.lastname@example.org. Please take a picture of the defective product and send it with the message. Defective products will be replaced immediately or refunded. Defective products will be returned in accordance with the return instructions and will be marked "Return of Complaints" on the outgoing approach list or handwritten note.
